Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd – Events Terms and Conditions

1. Booking with Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd

  • Provisionally booked dates will be held for 7 days and can only be confirmed once the deposit and Event Service Contract has been fully signed and received.

    • In the event that another Client wishes to book an event for the same date as the event prior to the Client having paid any deposit element of the charges, we will notify the customer and request payment of the deposit of the charges from the customer within 48 hours of notification, in order to secure the provisional date allocated to the event.

  • All event bookings require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice prior to the date of your event

    • For bookings at short notice, which shall be determined by Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd, the Client will be invoiced for all charges on confirmation of event details and shall pay the invoice in full within 7 days of the date the invoice and subject to a 5% late booking charge.

  • After consultation, all bookings must be confirmed in writing by Client

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the services of Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd for the event.

2. Booking Deposit

  • A Non-Refundable booking deposit is required to secure Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd for the date of your event (this deposit is non-refundable should your event be cancelled, see Section 6 Cancellation section below)
  • A non-refundable booking deposit figure will be provided to the Client in writing after consultation and booking confirmation is received. This deposit will be deducted from the total costs.

3. Booking Confirmation

  • Once Clients deposit/s have been received, a formal confirmation will be sent by Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd, which listing drinks menu, event summary and estimated costs based on the events packages and location/s confirmed by the Client.

4. Payment

Once booking confirmation is received in writing the following process will commence:

  • First Payment (Deposit) – an invoice will be provided for a non- refundable deposit of 25% of over balance overall balance
    • 25% deposit will be due on bookings £300 and over
    • full gross balance due if the invoice balance is £299 or less

Once the deposit is paid, the booking and date will be deemed confirmed with Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd. At this point a pro-forma invoice will be provided which will state the full details of the booking.

Once a pro-forma invoice has been provided to the Client, we are happy to accept any increases in requirements however, please note no reduction to the original order will be possible

Final guest numbers must be confirmed to Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd prior to the Final Invoice has been issued.

 

  • Second (Final) Payment where applicable – All final details will be gathered and provided to Client prior to the date of the event and these must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event date. At this point the final balance for the Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd services is due in full
    • Any increases following payment and less than 14 days prior to the event, Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd reserves the right to accept these and will raise an additional invoice prior to the event for these guests and full payment will then be due for immediate settlement by the Client.
    • A final invoice will be issued upon confirmation of all final details and balance due in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

The Client is responsible for all final details and the settlement of the account, with any queries regarding the invoice being raised immediately.

Payment is preferred via BACS. Please note at this moment debit and credit cards are not accepted for event bookings.

Please note, no refunds will be given for any reductions in the number once the deposit has been paid.

5. Loss & Damages

The charges DO NOT include the cost of breakage or loss of or damage to Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd equipment, for which we reserve the right to charge the Client after the event, provided that notification of such breakage or damage is provided to the Customer within 14 days after the Event.

6. Cancellation

In the unfortunate event of a booking needing to be cancelled, written confirmation must be provided by the Client to Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd. The Customer acknowledges and recognises that Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd needs to purchase consumables in advance of the Event at the time of Cancellation

Under normal circumstances, 14 days written notice of cancellation prior to the event is sufficient. However your non-refundable 25% deposit will be retained for events cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice the following charges will be incurred:

If Cancelled

Amount due from Client

8 – 13 days prior to event date

50% of final invoice

4-7 days  prior to the event date

75% of final invoice

1-3 days prior to the event date

100% of final invoice

 

This is to cover any losses incurred by Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd for administrative costs, travel, supplies etc.

Non-payment of final payment, 14 days prior to any event will be taken as a cancellation and the charges above applied accordingly.

Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement should the Client be in arrears of payment or be in breach of any of our Event Terms of Service. Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd reserves the right to receive payment after termination of a contract/completion of an event subject to the terms of the Event Contract.

7. Outsource Service Clause:

Outsourcing services and process for drinks/cocktail packages (i.e Cocktail Frenzy) are negotiable and subject to limited time and number of guests.

8. Liability

The Client is responsible for all losses, damages and expenses at any venue our services are contracted, arising from the behaviour or action of either themselves or their guests, along with any contractors brought onto the premises etc.

Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd will not be responsible for, and the Client will compensate the company, against all claims for injury to persons or loss of, damages to any area of the property whatever the cause, unless it is proven that such injury or damage be caused by fault, workmanship or negligence by Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd.

Should any damage occur to Client property caused by a staff of the Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd, this should be reported immediately and followed up in writing, for our management team to discuss, review and undertake a full investigation where required.

8. Zero Tolerance Policy

Physical or verbal abuse of Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd staff will not be tolerated. It will be escalated to the appropriate authority, and can result in an immediate termination of contract at the manager’s discretion, with no consideration of refund.

9. Data Protection

We will process any personal data collected from the Customer for the purposes of administering the booking for the Event. We may also process such data to provide the Customer from time-to-time with information on other services that we provide and other events organised by us, if we feel that it will be of interest to the customer. We will not give your details out to any third parties

10. Complaints and Disputes

In the unlikely event of a complaint, the Client should raise this in writing to Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd with a full explanation of the issue, within 7 days of the event. We will aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and an estimated timescale for any investigation will be provided at this point.

 

 Funkilicious Cocktails UK Ltd reserves the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions when necessary due, to the continual evolving nature of our business.
